PT Test:
Push Ups: 56 in 1 min (maxed)
Situps: 57 in 1 min (maxed)
2.5 Mile Run: 9:24 (maxed)

That evening…
Finished the 2 x 5 min AMRAPS from the other day.

5 min
75 DU
7 Box Jump Overs
7 CTB Pull Ups
Rest 3 min, repeat.

1) 2 + 12 DU
2) 2 + 52 DU
