Last completed Rounds within 3 min was 45 DU and 16 DL.

2.5 Mile Run: 9:24 (maxed)

That evening…
Finished the 2 x 5 min AMRAPS from the other day.

I was done after the 3 AMRAPs. Have been battling a cold the past couple weeks. Made the decision to not complete the last 2 AMRAPs cause I would have just been going through the motions.
